Site Supervisor - Primary School - Wellingborough, Northamptonshire - Immediate start - 52 week contract

Tradewind Recruitment are working with a welcoming primary school in Wellingborough who are seeking a reliable and proactive Site Supervisor to join their team on a full-time, year-round basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with good practical skills and a strong sense of responsibility to play a key role in maintaining a safe and pleasant school environment.

About the Role

As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, security, and cleanliness of the school site. You will ensure that the buildings and grounds are well maintained, safe, and secure at all times.

Main duties include:

Carrying out general repairs and maintenance around the school site

Overseeing cleaning, waste management, and site security

Conducting regular health and safety checks and maintaining records

Managing contractors and ensuring work is completed to a high standard

Opening and closing the premises as required

This position would suit someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys practical tasks, and can work both independently and as part of a team. Previous school experience is not essential, and full training will be provided.
