To be considered, the following qualifications, skills and experience are required:
NVQ Level 3 or above in relevant mechanical qualification
CITB Operatives Test
CPCS Slinger / Signaller (desirable)
City & Guilds Medium Confined Space Level 2 (desirable)
NVQ Level 3 Occupational Work Supervision (desirable)

Fundamental understanding of mechanical equipment installation methods.
Experience with rotating & static equipment
Experience in skilful, controlled manipulations of small objects & torquing techniques & processes
Experience of testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning processes
Read and understand detailed drawings
Used to working in a construction, production and engineering environment
· Knowledge of current Health & Safety regulations
· Team working ability
· Works calmly under pressure
· Has a questioning attitude
· Challenges what is considered unacceptable behaviours
