• 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant position
• Supporting a pupil with specific learning and developmental needs
• Helping with tailored activities, classroom participation and daily routines
• Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver consistent support
• Creating a positive, structured and encouraging learning environment

About YouWe're looking forsomeone who:

• Has experience working with children with SEN (school experience desirable)
• Is patient, proactive and nurturing in their approach
• Can build strong, supportive working relationships
• Is reliable, adaptable and confident following support plans
• Works well as part of a collaborative school team
