Key Responsibilities:

Technical development and validation of base engine and emissions control calibration, including air-charge, fuelling, EGR, DPF, SCR, and more
Development of engine emissions control strategies
Calibration development on engine test bench, chassis dynamometer, and in vehicle on road
Conducting technical analysis to support tasks with robust evidence
Delivering assigned tasks on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Interfacing directly with clients on technical issues
Collaborating with team members to organise and deliver project activities
Reporting technical status internally and to customers
Supervising junior team members on assigned tasks

Job Requirements:

Experience in automotive engineering, particularly in engine calibration or related disciplines
Strong technical background in the calibration of Engine Management Systems
Proficiency with traditional calibration and data analysis tools such as INCA/MDA
Understanding of EMS strategies and engine fundamentals
Excellent communication skills in English
Ability to liaise with customers regularly as part of an international team
