The Talent Intelligence & Sourcer in Talent Acquisition is a newly-created role at Resilience. This individual is a critical partner with the broader Talent Acquisition and HR teams and will have visibility to all franchises to:
Acts as a strategic partner to recruiters, HR & hiring managers for job opening requirements.
Defines, refines, executes, and communicates search strategies.
Manages tools, resources, and technologies in identifying talent; e.g., CRM.
Operates as an internal consultant or expert in lines of businesses, functions, and technologies.
Analyzes industry, product, and geographical trends in talent.
Determines appropriate recruiting sources for campaigns and posting positions.
Promotes the company Employer Value Proposition (EVP) or brand to candidates and external partners.
5+ years' experience working in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment within an agency, corporate or startup environment required.
Industry experience in Life Sciences, Technology, Digital or adjacent industries, highly desired.
Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree desired.
Capable of effectively developing and executing sourcing strategies.
Demonstrated experience in core recruiting skills, e.g., job requirements gathering, planning, sourcing, selecting, cold calling, phone screening.
Extensive experience with various sourcing techniques and channels (e.g., LinkedIn/social platforms, professional associations etc).
Relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent.
Experience with managing Candidate Relationship Management tools (CRM); building CRM highly desired.
Must work independently with minimal guidance in both highly strategic and tactical capacities.
Excellent communication, oral and written, skills.
