Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting day-to-day secondary supply teachers to work in schools across Chelsea from February 2026.

This role suits teachers who enjoy variety, flexibility, and the chance to work across a range of high-performing secondary schools.

The role:

Day-to-day classroom cover across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5
Delivering pre-prepared lesson content
Ensuring positive behaviour and engagement
Following school safeguarding and behaviour policies
Feeding back to departments when requiredRequirements:

QTS and recent UK secondary teaching experience
Strong presence in the classroom
Ability to adapt quickly to new settings
A commitment to student wellbeing and progress
