We are currently Recruiting for a Registered Manager, this is to work in a home for children and young people with Complex Needs in Abergavenny
The home is run by a fantastic organisation with a clear vision for the young people in their care, transparent plans for progression and professional development for all members of staff from Registered Manager to Support worker. As a Registered Manager, you will have the opportunity to recruit and support the team with full Autonomy

What The Post Requires
-
A minimum of 5 years' Working in Residential Childcare
-
At least 2 year in a role supervising and managing staff in a Deputy Manager role

NVQ Level 3 In Children and Young People's Workforce

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
What the post responsibilities include but not limited to
-
Ensuring compliance with The Care Inspectorate Wales and regulatory requirements

Meeting all budgetary, regulatory, and service development targets

Matching potential Young People with the current residents

Ensuring Young People have a positive influence from the staff team through your leadership and management of the home

Preparing reports and attending a range of meetings, such as review meetings with multi-agency partners, management meetings and Interviewing new potential staff for your team
