REED Accountancy are recruiting for a Finance & Payroll Officer on a permanent basis for an expanding Care Home provider based near to Ringwood. Based within the offices for either 4 or 5 days in the first couple of months you can then working from home for a couple of days once settled. Please see details below:
Finance & Payroll Office
Permanent Role - £30,784 per annum
9am - 5pm, Monday to Thursday or Monday to Friday
Immediate Interview
Duties:
- Payroll using Sage Payroll and Xero
- Provide administrative support to finance functions within a rapidly expanding homecare business.
- Working under the direction of the Finance Manager/ Operations Director in maintaining the ledgers for the business and its subsidiaries.
- Maintaining and recording financial records for the organisational bank accounts as well as managing accurate accounts receivable/payable records and bank reconciliations.
- Filing VAT and other regulatory returns for the business and its subsidiaries.
- Generating, processing and managing the invoices with our clients, managing credit control where necessary and liaising with clients & suppliers to ensure financial health of the business accounts.
Process Development
- Work closely with the Ops Manager to develop and enhance financial processes
Requirement
- Ability to self manage and work autonomously
- Experience with Xero and Sage Payroll
- Able to demonstrate being able to implement efficiencies and help create processes.
