The Opportunity

Reporting into senior leadership, you will play a key role in managing procurement activity across a diverse product range. This position offers strong exposure to global sourcing, commercial negotiations, and supply chain optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end procurement of materials and components
Build and develop relationships with international suppliers
Negotiate pricing, terms, and long-term supply agreements
Oversee import processes and ensure smooth inbound supply
Identify cost-saving and value engineering opportunities
Source and onboard alternative suppliers to enhance resilience
Monitor market trends and pricing fluctuations
Maintain accurate purchasing data and supplier records
About You

Proven experience in a buying or procurement role
Experience working with international suppliers is essential
Strong understanding of import processes
Commercially astute with confident negotiation skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central advantageous)
