We’re working with a fast-growing, modern Financial Services company based in Basildon, and they’re on the lookout for an experienced Mortgage Administrator to join their lively, supportive team.

This isn’t your average admin role. You'll be right in the heart of the action—building mortgage cases from scratch, making sure everything runs smoothly, and playing a key part in helping people secure their homes. If you're someone who takes pride in dotting every ‘i’ and crossing every ‘t’, and you love seeing a case through to completion, this one’s for you.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

Owning mortgage cases from the very first step to final completion

Prepping and submitting applications to ready for lenders

Chasing documents and making sure everything is fully compliant

Keeping internal systems up to date with clear, accurate notes

What we’re looking for:

You must have experience in mortgage administration or mortgage case management

You love being organised and take real satisfaction in doing things properly

You're confident speaking with clients and providers

You're a team player, but also happy to crack on independently

You thrive in a busy office where no two days are quite the same
