The Role - SEN TA

We are seeking a confident and experienced SEN TA to support a KS3 student with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) who displays some challenging behaviour. You will work closely with the student throughout the school day, providing both academic and emotional support.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children with ASD, be patient, proactive, and calm under pressure, be a strong communicator and team player. Experience outside of a school setting will also be considered.
