A leading player in the industry is currently looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team, covering a large tech commercial property based in London, Kings Cross.

The Role

As the Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in the following:

* Covering a large commercial property, providing ppm and reactive maintenance.

* Working on a Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm. And after 6 - 9 months move onto a shift pattern.

* Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of Electrical building equipment, Fire Alarms, Emergency Lights, Switches, Sockets, Fuse Boards.

* General maintenance duties as and when required - lamp changes, filter changes, bulbs etc.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in the role of Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you'll bring the following skills and experience to the role:

* You will hold Electrical C&G's or NVQ Level 2/3 (Essential), 18th Edition.

* Hold atleast 4+ years experience as a commercial Electrical Engineer.

* Strong communication skills and to be able to work client facing.

* Can do attitude, willing to be flexible and learn more skills and grow within the company into senior roles.
