Salary: £95 - £105 a day (dependant on experience)

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities

Provide tailored support to pupils with SEN, including those with autism, ADHD, and speech and language needs.
Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.
Assist with implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour strategies.
Foster a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment.

Requirements

Previous experience working with children with SEN (school or care setting).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs.
A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach.
Relevant qualifications (Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) desirable.
