JRS Associates have partnered up with an exciting company in the local area to support them in finding a motivated Customer Support & Service Coordinator to join their growing team. The Successful Customer Support & Service Coordinator - Package:

£15.50 per hour (temporary for 3 months)

Permanent salary of £25,000 per annum after a successful 3-month temp period

Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week (flexible start/finish times)

25 days holiday + bank holidays

The Successful Customer Support & Service Coordinator - Requirements:

Previous experience in a service administration, coordination, or similar customer-facing admin role
*
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
*
Strong IT and system skills (MS Office, CRM or ERP experience advantageous)
*
Proactive mindset with strong organisational ability
*
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
