Accounting and Finance Teacher

We're seeking an enthusiastic and aspirational Accounting and Finance Teacher to join our dynamic team. Perfect for someone who understands and taught AAT Level 2 Accounting, this role offers professional development while playing a vital part in delivering engaging lessons to our mixed-ability student cohort.

Responibilities of Accounting and Finance Teacher

Plan & deliver engaging lessons including accounting and finance.
Support student development by fostering their soft skills (CREATE: Communication, Relating, Enterprise, Application, Thinking, Emotional intelligence)
Monitor progress, maintain records, and provide feedback to help students meet their academic and vocational goals.
Contribute to the professional culture, participating in staff meetings, collaborative planning, and regular training.
Ensure a safe and respectful environment, modelling high standards of behaviour, appearance, and punctuality
Engage with parents/carers and workplace partners, as part of the college's collaborative ethos and strong parent-school relationshipsAccounting and Finance Teacher - Requirements

Qualifications in Accounting and Finance.
Experience tutoring, coaching and teaching lessons in Accounting and finance.
Experience working with 14 - 19
Understanding of AAT Level 2
