Role - Job Coach

Salary - £(phone number removed) - 42 weeks per year - Term time

Location - Rotherham

In this role you will:

Support indiviuals to overcome barriers to achieve both their personal and academic goals;
Play a vital part in contributing to the personal development of individuals by delivering pre-prepared personal development curriculum.
You will be a team player who is energetic, innovative, flexible and someone who is fully committed to supporting learners to make the very best progress possible.
Liaise with internal support teams and external agencies to ensure learners are signposted to appropriate, specialised and individuals support services as appropriate;
Carry out duties as a First Aider as and when required

Personal specification:

Have a good understanding of learning support within an educational or training context
Work in a professional and confidential manner with a high degree of integrity and flexibility.
Be confident in communicating at all levels
Willing to undertake any training connected with the post
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and people receiving education and training
