Lead a high-performing clinical team changing lives through specialist rehabilitation We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Therapy Team Manager to lead a specialised therapy and recreational therapy team within a residential neurological care setting. This is an opportunity to work in a supportive, multi-disciplinary environment where your leadership will directly impact the lives of adults living with complex neurological conditions.
You will play a key role in overseeing service delivery, improving care quality, driving clinical governance, and supporting the senior management team in achieving strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities: -
Lead and manage the therapy team to ensure effective treatment delivery from referral to discharge

Oversee and review therapy caseloads to ensure efficient and high-quality care

Chair interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to service planning and development

Ensure therapy documentation and practice meet clinical standards and guidelines

Manage performance, support staff development, and oversee clinical supervision

Support quality assurance through clinical audits, risk management, and outcome evaluations

Maintain a small clinical caseload, applying expert neurological therapy interventions

Promote service user participation, evidence-based practice, and continuous improvement
About You: -
Degree in Physiotherapy (or relevant allied health profession)

Registered with HCPC and relevant professional body (e.g., CSP)

Demonstrable leadership and post-registration experience in health or social care

In-depth experience working with adults with neurological conditions

Advanced clinical reasoning and specialist knowledge in neurorehabilitation

Skilled in staff management, setting objectives, appraisals, and performance oversight

Strong understanding of audit processes, clinical governance, and service development

Evidence of CPD and participation in relevant professional groups or networks (desirable)
