Purpose of Role:
Ensure safety standards are maintained, and assist with general maintenance tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure health & safety compliance at all times.

Act as site first aider and traffic banksman when required.

*

Carry out general maintenance, painting, and handyman duties.

*

Keep basic site records and report to the Site/Project Manager.

Requirements:

*

Valid First Aid certificate.

*

CSCS & SSSTS

*

Traffic Banksman qualification.

*

Experience in construction site supervision.

*

Willingness to undertake practical maintenance and repair work.

Reporting to: Site/Project Manager
