Warehouse Supervisor / Irvine / 3 Shift Rotation

We're currently recruiting on behalf of our well established and respected client within the manufacturing sector, seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to take the lead in their fast-paced logistics department.

This is a hands-on, people-focused role where you'll be at the heart of operations, ensuring everything flows smoothly, safely, and on time.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

* Ensuring all areas and equipment meet the required standards of cleanliness and GMP compliance

* Managing inbound and outbound deliveries, ensuring materials get to production on time

* Monitoring stock movement, supporting inventory accuracy, and maintaining documentation integrity

* Leading, motivating, and developing a team - including training, performance reviews, and development plans

* Taking ownership of H&S compliance, including equipment checks and PPE standards

* Supporting the design and improvement of warehouse processes and risk assessments

* Contributing to departmental KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For:

* Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role

* Strong understanding of warehouse procedures and quality standards (GMP knowledge is ideal)

* A confident leader who can motivate teams and manage performance

* Good organisational and problem-solving skills

* Comfortable working across a rotating 3-shift pattern
