Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Lower KS2
North Sheffield | Start: End of April | Full-Time

Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support pupils in Lower Key Stage 2 at a welcoming and supportive primary school in North Sheffield.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled TA who is passionate about making a positive impact on children's learning and development during these crucial years.

The Role:

Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons
Working with small groups and individual pupils to boost attainment
Providing targeted support in literacy and numeracy
Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering a supportive learning environment
Assisting with classroom preparation and general duties

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
Recent experience working within a primary school setting, ideally KS2
Strong understanding of the national curriculum for Lower KS2
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, flexible, and nurturing approach
