The Digital Producer takes direction from the Senior Manager of the Digital Implementation team as well as works closely with Marketing to create and enforce timelines for web content. One will also work very closely with marketers, web designers, production artists and the front end development team.
Interpreting marketing briefs and ensuring requirements are met for all digital assets.
Assists in leading key meetings owned by Marketing.
Responds quickly to change in scope and communicates updates to the Implementations team.
Ensures projects are launched on time and meet requirements
The ideal candidate is a resourceful, collaborative team player with a proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and time management skills are required. One must be able to work collaboratively, manage multiple projects, and develop strong working relationships with various teams.
5 years minimum as a digital producer or website content manager.
Be able to apply digital best practices to drive operational efficiencies.
Proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Word.
Experience with HTML, Photoshop and Sketch a plus.
Experience in translating business objectives into digital experiences.
Demonstrated ability to accurately estimate and scope website and other digital work.
Experience scheduling website updates to meet or exceed expectations, prioritizes projects and effectively manages the workflow.
Understand business goals and requirements for website projects.
A communications strategist with the ability to influence and impact marketing strategies/creative briefs.
Superior project management and organizational skills; proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Demonstrated capability to deliver work and provide positive leadership in fast-paced, multi-project team-oriented environment.
Track record of leading program executions that have driven strong, measurable business results.
Skillful in creative problem solving, negotiating and resolving conflict in a collaborative spirit.
Skilled at documenting process and requirements.
Strong self-management and workload tracking.
Ability to be self motivated with stellar time-management skills.
Bachelor's degree preferred
High School Diploma or GED Required
