Guest Krieger Ltd is a long-established, independent, specialist Lloyd’s insurance broker dedicated to getting the best solutions for its clients.

We are seeking an Insurance Technician (Junior) to join our broking team in London and play a key role delivering accurate technical support and first-class client service.

What you’ll be doing

• Support the non-marine broking team with technical and administrative tasks.
• Respond to client, insurer, and third-party enquiries professionally and promptly.
• Prepare slips, endorsements, and tax schedules using Brokasure Enterprise and TMF.
• Learn to process and track documentation on the PPL system.
• Produce evidence of cover, contract amendments, invoices, and premium adjustments.
• Ensure contract certainty and compliance with FCA deadlines.
• Communicate with insurers and third parties to progress client needs.
• Peer review formal documents prior to client issue.
• Keep up to date with regulatory changes and market developments.
• Assist with multinational accounts.

What we’re looking for

• Basic knowledge of the insurance industry desirable; ideally some London Market knowledge
• Experience of Financial Lines covers is advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage and track workload efficiently.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• A-levels or equivalent.
