Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting for Helpdesk Advisor for our clients based in Stafford. For this position you must be flexible and available to work any 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis.

Helpdesk Advisor staff responsibilities:

Answering calls from customers and drivers with queries about their deliveries.

Answering calls from their own drivers about road closures or missing items or disputes.

Speaking to customers and drivers regarding failed deliveries

Updating addresses where needed

Details:

Location: Stafford

Pay: £12.21 PH, weekly pay

Schedule: Working 5 out of 7 days

Weekday Schedule: 06:00am - 21:00pm

Weekend Schedule: 06:00am - 18:00pm

Helpdesk Advisor requirements:

Call centre experience

Customer service experience

Good knowledge of Microsoft

Basic computer skills

Must be well spoken
