Robert Half Office Team are currently recruiting for a help desk administrator for a company based in Cirencester. The role is temporary and the successful candidate must be immediately available to start or must be on a minimum of a 1 week notice.
This will be a full-time Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm role), paying £10.00 per hour.
The key responsibilities will be but no limited to:
· Log calls on the help desk
· Report back to clients on tickets and job progress
· Previous experience in facilities
· scheduling / co-coordinating the workload of technicians
