Wills, Trust & Probate Solicitor

A fantastic opportunity to join a well-established legal team, providing expert advice on a broad range of private client matters. You'll be advising on everything from straightforward wills to complex estate planning.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Drafting and advising on Wills and Powers of Attorney
• Administering estates, including complex probate cases
• Setting up and advising on trusts and tax-efficient structures
• Supporting elderly clients with long-term planning
• Working with the Court of Protection
• Building strong relationships with clients, often across generations

We're Looking For:

• A qualified solicitor or legal executive with experience in private client law
• Strong knowledge of Wills, Probate, Trusts, IHT, and estate planning
• Comfortable managing a varied caseload with autonomy
• Excellent communication and client-care skills
• STEP qualification or progress towards it (desirable, not essential)
• A range of experience, from NQ to PQE
