Reed Education is currently recruiting a dedicated and adaptable English Supply Teacher to cover temporary assignments within a secondary school in Lincoln. This role is ideal for a qualified Maths teacher who enjoys flexibility and making a positive impact across Key Stages 3 and 4.

The Role

• Deliver engaging and effective English lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively
• Follow lesson plans provided or confidently deliver pre-prepared work
• Provide feedback to the school as required

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching English at secondary level (UK curriculum)
• Strong classroom management skills
• Reliable, flexible, and professional approach
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
