A Leading Beauty Retailer in San Francisco is seeking a personable and knowledgeable HR Generalist to join their team!
In this essential role, you will take on a variety of HR functions, including overseeing new hires and employee engagement. Your engaging demeanor and ability to take initiative make you an ideal candidate for this position.
· Respond to employee benefit inquiries
· Assist with recruiting and onboarding
· Implement employee engagement surveys
· Maintain data in HRIS
· Take the lead on a variety of new projects, as needed
· At least 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a corporate and/or retail/hospitality environment
· Experience working with multiple site locations
· Bachelor’s degree
· Strong organizational skills
· Proficiency in MS Office Programs
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Collaborative, team-oriented approach
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
