We are currently looking for an Operations Co-ordinator to join our hard-working team in Thornbury.

The Role As an Operations Co-ordinator, you’ll deliver an excellent service to customers and ensure that our field-based work is scheduled effectively.
This is the perfect role for a proactive people person who thrives in a busy environment and can multi-task.
You’ll love to solve problems over the phone and get the best result for customers and our Technicians.
Building strong relationships with both customers and our field-based Technicians, you’ll become the Operation Team’s go-to person when a problem needs solving and think on your feet to come up with practical solutions.
Working in the hub of the company, you will: - Process sales orders into the sales log and order book - Book in jobs with customers and make access arrangements - Create schedules with details of site visits - Match available labour skill sets with work available - Communicate information to Technicians through our diary schedule software - Follow business processes and help to implement improvements About You To join us as an Operations Co-ordinator, you’ll need: - At least two years’ experience in an operations role - Excellent administration and organisational skills - A high level of IT literacy, including MS Office - A post-16 qualification, ideally in Business Administration - Great planning skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure Other organisations may call this role Scheduler, Works Scheduler, Field Service Co-ordinator, Operations Administrator, Operations Assistant, Customer Support Administrator, Administrator, or Field Service Administrator.
