My client, a national company providing an end-to-end service, will be responsible for the design, construction and commissioning of substations across the South West and Wales. As Project Engineer you will:

* Be the technical coordinator across the full project lifecycle

* Manage the design process ensuring key milestones are met.

* Liaise with Planners and the site delivery team, updating project programmes

* Work with TWCs and TWSs and support them throughout the project

Our client requires a Project Engineer with:

* HND/HNC/Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline

* Have experience within design, construction and management.

* Experience in Utility/Electrical Transmission environment

* A good understating of construction health & safety protocols.

* Understanding of Temporary Works and BS5975 classifications

* Excellent communication skills.

Salary and benefits include:

* £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

* Company vehicle or car allowance

* Attractive benefits package including private healthcare, life assurance, up to 8% employer pension, 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
