We are working with secondary schools in Northampton looking for reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join their teams from September. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience, support students' education, and become a trusted part of the school community.

• Supervising pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects (KS3 & KS4)

• Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring students stay focused

• Supporting students with any questions or difficulties during lessons

• Reporting on student engagement, behaviour, and any concerns to staff

• Becoming an integral part of the school's daily routine and support network

• Have experience working with children or young people, ideally in schools or youth settings

• Are confident leading and managing groups of students

• Have strong communication skills and a calm, patient approach

• Are reliable, punctual, and eager to support education in the long term

• Are interested in gaining classroom experience, possibly with a view to teacher training

• A consistent, long-term role supporting students and schools in Northampton
