Job Description
The Best Connection Doncaster are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join one of our established clients in the manufacturing and packaging of haybales and other farm-related products. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient production process, maintaining high standards of quality, and adhering to safety procedures on the farm or production site.
Pay Rate: £14.00
Shifts: Monday - Friday between 7am and 6pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment used in the baling, packaging, and processing of haybales and other agricultural products.
- Load, unload, and stack haybales safely and efficiently.
- Monitor production lines to ensure smooth operation and consistent product quality.
- Follow health and safety guidelines strictly to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the production area.
- Report any equipment faults, safety concerns, or production issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Perform manual handling tasks such as lifting, bending, and moving materials as required.
