You will oversee daily workshop operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity
You will lead and motivate a team of service technicians and workshop staff
This role requires close collaboration with service managers to deliver outstanding customer experiences and high-quality service standards
The Workshop Controller will be responsible for achieving departmental profit targets and maintaining workshop retention levels
Planning and coordinating workshop activities to meet deadlines and uphold customer satisfaction are key duties
You must ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and dealership policiesRequirements:

Full UK driving licence
Proven experience in workshop management or control within the motor trade, ideally within a main dealer setting
You shall be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
A strong industry knowledge and understanding of workshop operational processes are required
Leadership skills to motivate and develop a team are crucial
Should be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to develop within a fast-paced environment is preferred
