The Role

You will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New build transactions
• Shared ownership work
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements

About You

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Qualified Solicitor status (NQ to 5+ PQE considered)
• Solid experience managing your own residential conveyancing files
• Strong client-care skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• A proactive approach to managing deadlines and risk
