We're Looking For SEN TAs With:

A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

Experience supporting children with SEN, particularly:

Non-verbal communication (e.g., using PECS, Makaton, or AAC devices)

Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)

ADHD and behaviour regulation strategies

Speech, language, and communication difficulties

A calm, patient, and proactive approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

Support pupils in building confidence, communication, and independence while making a meaningful impact each day.
