A busy and well-regarded fit-out contractor is looking to appoint a Temporary Site Manager to oversee a retail strip-out project in Paisley.

The Role:

You will be responsible for managing the full strip-out of an existing retail unit, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme over an 8-9 week period. This is a hands-on role ideal for a Site Manager with strong experience in retail or fit-out environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate day-to-day site activities

Manage subcontractors and ensure site safety compliance

Liaise with project and client teams as required

Maintain site records and ensure programme targets are met

Ensure tidy, safe working conditions and site security throughout the project

Requirements:

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid - all valid and in date

Previous experience managing strip-out or fit-out projects, ideally in the retail sector

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to lead from the front and keep teams on track

Available to start Monday 7th July
