At People Dynamix, we're working with a fantastic secondary school in the Sefton who are looking to appoint an experienced and confident HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) to join their team.

About the Role:As an HLTA, you'll support teachers and pupils across the curriculum, with the ability to step in and deliver pre-planned lessons when required. You will play a key part in raising attainment and supporting learners to thrive both academically and emotionally.
Your responsibilities may include:
Supporting learning in whole-class, small-group, or one-to-one settings
Covering lessons in the teacher's absence (planning provided)
Supporting pupils with additional needs (SEND, EAL, SEMH)
Leading interventions across literacy, numeracy, or social skills
Working collaboratively with class teachers and SLT

What we're looking for:HLTA qualification or relevant Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification
Experience supporting teaching and learning in a school setting
Confident in behaviour management and classroom delivery
Adaptable, enthusiastic, and a team player
A current enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one)
