About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead the delivery of infrastructure projects under a major DNO Framework. This multi-year programme is part of a £1 billion investment initiative to modernise the UK's electricity distribution network, enhance resilience, and support net-zero goals.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee full project lifecycle across multiple sites in central southern England.
Manage stakeholder relationships including the DNO, contractors, and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and delivery governance.
Lead planning, budgeting, risk management, and performance reporting.
Drive safety, quality, and customer satisfaction outcomes.
Promote innovation and sustainable practices.

Requirements

Experience managing large-scale substation infrastructure or utility projects.
Strong understanding of electricity networks and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Recognised project management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, APM, PMP).
Willingness to travel across the delivery region.
