Are you a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer within Building Services frustrated at a lack of progression in your current role?

Established over 25 years ago, our client has made their name by consistently delivering a wide variety of projects to an incredibly high standard. People who join don’t tend to leave, and with a few Associates planning retirement over the next three years, we have been asked to find a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer who can work alongside these people to take over their responsibilities when the time comes.

You will start off by joining a live project before taking charge of your own and running it from start to finish. This will involve mentoring grads, dealing with the clients and having full P&L responsibility for the project.

This team will become yours and together you will continue to deliver projects to the highest standards whilst progression to Principal and Associate over the next couple of years.
