Product Manager E-Marketplace (Parties Portal) Company Overview:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of our clients Parties Portal - an innovative e-marketplace platform designed to revolutionise how customers access party supplies and services.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-impact product in a growing digital business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce marketplaces, product analysis, with a hands-on technical understanding of WordPress development and plug-ins.

Product Manager E-Marketplace (Parties Portal) Role and Responsibilities:

* Oversee the full lifecycle of the product - from concept to launch and iteration.

* Define and document product requirements, features, and specifications.

* Develop and manage a detailed Test Plan to ensure robust delivery.

* Translate product analysis into clear financial models, including Profit and Loss (PNL) statements.

* Support the creation of a strategic product-specific business plan.

* Collaborate closely with our international development team.

* Conduct client profiling to better understand and serve our target market.

* Lead internal teams with clarity, purpose, and accountability.

Product Manager E-Marketplace (Parties Portal) Essential Skills & Experience

* Proven experience delivering digital products in an e-commerce marketplace.

* Strong understanding of product analysis, specification writing, and testing.

* Ability to develop PNL statements and support financial planning.

* Experience writing or contributing to a business plan.

* Leadership experience with cross-functional and remote teams.

* Technical knowledge of WordPress and commonly used plug-ins

* Excellent communication and project management skills.

* International working experience is a strong advantage.
