We are seeking a Head of Indirect Procurement to lead the development and execution of cost-saving strategies, drive supplier performance, and enhance procurement operations at a regional level.

Key Responsibilities

Lead regional indirect procurement strategies, delivering measurable cost savings and value.
Collaborate with European teams to support group-wide procurement initiatives.
Optimise procurement structures and processes to drive efficiency and maximise spend.
Manage and develop a high-performing procurement team, aligning goals with business priorities.
Conduct supplier management reviews in line with company policy and performance standards.
Enhance and support the rollout of procurement systems (including P2P platforms).
Work closely with Finance to monitor spend, assess vendor performance, and drive procurement KPIs.

What We're Looking For

A Master's degree in Purchasing, Business, Finance, or Engineering.
Proven experience in a senior procurement leadership role.
Strong negotiation skills and a commercial, results-driven mindset.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Experience working with procurement technology platforms is advantageous
