Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our company based in Trowbridge who are actively looking to recruit a Production Operative to join the team on a permanent basis.

What you will be doing:

Working with a leading manufacturing company, who really value their employee's contribution to the company's success.

You will undertake production activities as required to meet the needs of your internal and external customers.
Seek to continuously improve the production processes to extend efficiency, quality and meet the changing needs of the business.
Sustain a high standard of housekeeping/maintenance to ensure efficiency.
Adhere to Health and Safety practices as determined by the needs of the business and legislation.What you will need to succeed:

Previous experience within a similar production environment.
Attainment of 4 GCSE's (inc. English and Maths) at grade C or above (desirable) or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsWhat you will receive in return:

£23,200 per annum
Monday to Friday 39 hours per week
