Our Client, a large company supplying water and water recycling services are looking for a People Delivery Support Manager for an initial 6 months contract  working Monday to Friday 37 hours per week with a mix of home working and working in the office.

Skill set - general Project Manager - no need for Water background just need the PM skill set

Well seasoned project manager and pick up and coordinate people to that plan
No need to be senior 
Proven record working on projects - delivering a plan and coordinating people 
Admin heavy /coordinating people / run of the mill PM 
Lancaster House in Huntingdon based or Thorpe Wood House in Peterborough based
Couple of days per week in the office but flexible (not set days) -will just need to attend meetings - diary dependent - flexible on days that they are in the office 
People Data Analyst 
Skill set - Senior analyst role - someone who has done an Analyst role in a HR space 
HR data - someone that can manage data, look for anomalies, control data, manipulate it, using software like excel looking at cost by role etc. 
Good excel skills
Need to understand Financial acumen / salary data 
Workday reporting as well - no need to be proficient in workday 
IT literate
