The role of a Facilities Manager:
- Working closely with the Head of Facilities and Engineering to support all facilities activities, assisting the engineering team to ensure all site activities comply with legislation and best practice
- Effectively Managing PPM Services, arranging visits
- Arranging compliance visits ie. Kitchen extract cleaning
- Updating ALERT 65 with all compliance certificates
- Pro-Nett management including training Pro-Nett to relevant managers
- Oversee the effective management of the building ensuring compliance with all H&S and Fire legislation at all times, ensuring fire checks carried as per fire safety management guidelines
- Initial point of contact for IT, Printer and Phone System Support and management of Ridgewall including the day-to-day assistance with installation, network changes
