The role is to define and implement a formal process for helpdesk and customer support, to mentor and grow the team, formalise interaction with development and ensure excellent customer experience. This role would suit an experienced support manager or a senior Applications Support Engineer ideally with team leading experience who is looking to develop their career to the next level.
