Lettings Coordinator - £28,000-£32,000 Our client are looking to hire a proactive and detail-driven Lettings Coordinator to join their established team based on one of London's most exciting regeneration schemes.
You'll support the Lettings team in progressing tenancies from offer to move-in across a growing portfolio of high-quality homes. With over 600 properties already under management (and more on the way), it's a great time to join a collaborative team that's shaping a new part of London.
What You'll Do:Manage tenancy progression from offer to move-in
Liaise with tenants, landlords, contractors, and internal teams
Handle all pre-tenancy checks, documentation, and compliance
Arrange works and conduct pre-tenancy inspections
Keep systems updated and ensure a smooth customer journey
Support with admin, reporting, and process improvements
What You'll Bring:1+ year's experience in lettings, tenancy progression, or property admin
Solid understanding of tenancy legislation
Excellent attention to detail and organisation
Clear communicator and strong problem-solver
Calm under pressure, positive, and great with people
ARLA qualified (bonus, not essential)
The Offer:Salary: £28,000-£32,000 (DOE)
Hours: Mon-Fri, 9:30am-6:00pm (office-based)
