Junior Operations Executive Role:
  • Develop and grow the business by managing product and customer portfolios and by developing new opportunities
  • Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, contact leads and follow through to a successful conclusion
  • Work closely with both the Sales and Marketing teams to implement new sales and marketing strategies
  • Produce sales forecasts and analysis and present findings to senior management in monthly meetings
  • Carry out the necessary planning to effectively implement operational changes
  • Manage new and existing client accounts, understanding their needs and responding effectively with a plan of how to meet these needs
Junior Operations Executive Requirements:
  • Educated to degree level in a STEM related subject
  • Full UK driving license (essential)
  • Computer literacy
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mind-set
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
