Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Reading
Salary: £89-£100 per day
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
Start Date: ASAP
Ideal for: Psychology, Education, Counselling, or Criminology graduates-or those passionate about SEN support
Experience: Helpful but not essentialAs an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support pupils in accessing learning through personalised support plans
Assist with communication, sensory work, behaviour strategies, and emotional regulation
Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and SEN specialists
Build strong relationships that help pupils grow in confidence, independence, and academic progressThis role is an excellent stepping stone for future Educational Psychologists, SEN Teachers, Speech & Language Therapists, and Child Support Workers.
