Job description:Food Production Operative - Rotating Shifts (AM/PM) - Immediate Start
Location: Kidderminster - Must drive
Full-time | Rotating Shifts | Permanent/Temp-to-Perm

We are currently recruiting Food Production Operatives to join a fast-paced and well-established food manufacturing site. This is a physically demanding role that requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Shift Pattern (Weekly Rotation):

* Week 1: 06:15 - 13:15

* Week 2: 14:15 - 21:30

You must be able to commit to both shifts on a rotating basis.

Key Responsibilities:

* Repetitive lifting and manual handling of products weighing 20-25kg (comparable to lifting a suitcase)

* Completing up to 400 lifts per shift

* Following health & safety and food hygiene regulations at all times

* Supporting the production line with general duties as required

Requirements:

* Full UK driving licence and access to your own transport is essential (due to location and shift times)

* Good level of physical fitness and stamina

* Previous experience in food production or a similar environment is desirable but not essential

* Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
