As a Building Services Engineer you will be covering Kensington & Chelsea carrying out PPM/reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and general building maintenance tasks on prestigious buildings housing blue chip clients.

* £48,000 (DOE)

Requirements - 18th Edition qualified, driving licence and good maintenance knowledge including emergency lighting, fire alarms, FCU's, AHU's, HVAC plant and water treatment.
