About the RoleWe are seeking a reliable, organised, and proactive Reprographics Officer to join our busy secondary school in Tower Hamlets. This is a key support role, ensuring that high-quality printed and digital materials are produced efficiently to support teaching and learning across the school.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of the school's reprographics service
• Produce high-volume photocopying, printing, binding, and finishing work to a high standard
• Prioritise and schedule requests to meet deadlines, especially during peak periods
• Maintain and monitor reprographics equipment, reporting faults and liaising with external suppliers
• Ensure adequate stock levels of paper, toner, and other supplies
• Support staff with basic guidance on printing and document preparation
• Uphold confidentiality when handling sensitive materials

About You

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and print management systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive, flexible approach and strong communication skills
• Previous experience in a similar role or environment is desirable, but not essential
